The Man-Eating Squirrel Defense

A drunk driver in Florida tried to get out of an arrest by claiming that his car was swerving because there was a man-eating squirrel in his shirt.
In all fairness, there WAS a squirrel in his shirt, but it wasn't of the man-eating variety.
Cops pulled the man over for driving erratically, when the man tried to pass off the squirrel and pass off the excuse that the squirrel was trying to eat him and that's why he was driving the way he was.
The smell of alcohol on his breath told a different story and it also didn't help that he failed a sobriety test.
