Gaga's Tomato Pesto Alfredo
GAGA'S TOMATO PESTO ALFREDO
Ingredients:
•1/4 cup butter
•2 tsp. Gaga’s Tomato Pesto dip mix (or more, based on your taste buds)
•2 cups of cream
•1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
•1 pound of your favorite cooked pasta
•Pinch black pepper
Directions:
•Melt butter in pan.
•Add the cream, parmesan cheese and Tomato Pesto dip mix. Then simmer about 5 minutes.
•Add a pinch of black pepper to taste then toss with cooked pasta and serve
You can also add chicken. Gaga said she browned chicken breasts with big chunks of onion and seasoned them with a mix of Sesame Garlic dip mix and Tomato Pesto dip mix and served it on top of the pasta with some of the cooked onion chunks on top.
