RECIPE: JOHN'S BALLS!
JOHN’S BALLS!!! DRESSING BALLS
2 loaves of bread
½ to full can chicken broth
Sage, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced celery (optional)
1 stick butter
1 egg beaten
Crumble bread in large bowl.
Cook onions and celery with butter in skillet.
Add ¼ can of broth to bread crumbs.
Add onions and celery and butter to bread crumbs.
Add egg to bread crumbs.
Add seasonings
Mix well together…taste….add seasonings if needed.
Form into balls (add more broth if needed to form).
Bake at 375 on cookie sheet until brown/crispy.
