COATS FOR KIDS CONTINUES IN CASS AND CLAY COUNTIES
What: Coats for Kids & Families
Who: The Salvation Army, BOB 95 FM, Sanford Health, Camelot Cleaners
Why: Winter weather can be harsh in our area. Warm winter clothing is a basic necessity to which everyone needs access. Thanks to the partnerships in the community, the Coats for Kids program will continue this year in providing coats for children and adults.
Need: Gently used or new winter coats for children and adults are needed as well as winter boots, gloves, scarves, hats, and snow pants. Please check your closets and consider sharing any warm winter clothing you no longer are using.
Where: The following are collections sites for donations:
Camelot Cleaners (all locations), FM Area Association of Realtors, Homebuilders Association, Starbucks (all locations), Wells Fargo (Main Ave. location), Fargo Public Schools (internal drive for families of students), Crosspointe Lutheran Church, Elements Fitness, Integrity Windows, Infinity Windows, Salon Professional Academy, Jiffy Lube (all locations), Hornbachers (all locations), RADIO Fargo-Moorhead, Sanford Health (internal drive for employees)
When: September 1st – September 24th
Distribution will be in October. Place and date of distribution will be announced once final decisions have been made.
