Just when you thought the days of the toy store were about to be over with Toys R Us closing up shop, their former competitor is announcing plans to get back into the toy business
KB Toys, who closed their last store in 2009, has announced they are in talks with multiple toy distributors and plan to reopen multiple locations in an effort to “Save the toy business”. Ellia Kassoff, of Strategic Marks LLC, says the company has had plans for a KB Toys revival for a while, and accelerated their plans after Toys R Us announced they were liquidating their company.
