A Floridiot in Deltona has been been arrested on suspicion of DWI and criminal mischief after getting back at her ex-boyfriend by spray painting his car. The DUI part comes in because it… wasn’t the ex’s car.
The Voluisa Sheriff’s Office reported to the scene and noted “2 female subjects in the area, ages 18 and 16, one of whom had yellow spray paint on her sweatpants. When questioned, the 18-year-old admitted she was upset with her ex-boyfriend, so she and her friend decided to spray-paint and throw eggs at what they thought was his vehicle.”
Upon further investigation, they discovered that the car that was spray painted belonged to the neighbor of the ex-boyfriend.
The 18-year-old defendant was charged with criminal mischief, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of alcohol under 21, and driving under the influence. Deputies witnessed her driving her vehicle with two open containers of Four Loko in plain view.
